White-Label Operator Tier — Launching Summer 2026

BeatCaddy under
your brand

Ship the synced-music-across-every-cart experience as your own product. Your logo. Your splash screen. Your app-store listing. We power the technology; you own the customer relationship.

No sales calls. We'll send a one-pager with pricing & rollout timeline.

What you get when you go white-label.

For courses, resorts, and event operators running BeatCaddy across more than a single property — or with branding tied to a portfolio — the operator tier replaces ours with yours, end to end.

Self-serve isn't going away. White-label is the path for operators that need branding control + portfolio-level onboarding. Both plans ship the same underlying sync technology.

What the rollout looks like.

1

Kickoff & brand asset handoff

You send us your logo, brand colors, and the property names the listing should show. We ship a white-labeled build of the BeatCaddy iOS + Android apps, your branded splash screen, and your app-store listing copy — within 10 business days from kickoff.

2

Pilot with a single course or event series

We onboard one property (or one operator-side event series) end-to-end: cart-level sync telemetry, upsell attachment rates, support volume, and per-event NPS. Pilot typically runs 4–6 weeks so the numbers have shape before portfolio rollout.

3

Full rollout across the fleet or resort portfolio

Once the pilot validates the model, we cascade to the rest of your fleet or portfolio with account-managed onboarding — kickoff calls per property, branded cart cards shipped in bulk, and a dedicated CS contact for the duration of the contract.

Want the product under your brand?

Drop your email and we'll send the operator-tier one-pager: pricing tiers, contract minimums, the full pilot-to-rollout timeline, and a sample white-labeled app-store listing.

We'll follow up within 24 hours. No spam.
